Wearing Today | Special

Just in, but already my absolute favorite jumper.
Not only because of the pretty fabric. Or the crochet, detailed pattern. But also because my mother made it from scratch, especially for me. Of course there’s always the cliche of moms knitting childish reindeer pullovers for Christmas, but my mom (who hardly ever crochets/knits) did an amazing job on this one. It’s perfect, it’s exactly what I wanted, and it fits me like a glove.
Thank you mum!
I’ll post an outfitpost soon wearing it!

Weekend Inspiration.

Time for some weekend inspiration again! Have a lovely weekend lovelies

1. In loooove with those shoes and pretty well paired with the sexy sheer maxi!
2. Still searching for the perfect collar. Maybe it’s time for a DIY?
3. How cool do these silver nails look? I think they are nail stickers because they look too perfect to be nail polish!
4. Loving the Isabel Marant inspired Mango Spring 2012 lookbook that everybody’s talking about. Especially these too looks! I’m definitely going for soft and light colors this spring!
5. Studded, spikey lita’s? Yes, please! It’s definitely time for a DIY!
Not sure what it will be yet, but it will definitely involve studs!

Outfit | Burgundenim

Burgundy jumper   /   Warehouse
Denim shirt   /   H&M;
Leather pants   /   New Yorker
Shoes   /   Converse
Bracelet   /   Unknown
Just a very quickly shot update of my outfit. I don’t own that many winter coats so making my outfitposts is getting colder and colder, since I don’t want to show you the same coat every time.
I love pairing this burgundy jumper with the denim shirt, not only for the color combination, but also because the jumper has 3/4 sleeves and I think it looks pretty cool with denim sleeves.
So errrm, my morning face isn’t all that. But I hope you’re looking at the outfit ;)

Dear Santa.

Christmas is on it’s way and I can’t wait for my absolute favorite time of year.
So dear Santa, I’ve been a very good girl this year. Here’s my wishlist:
1. Studded Jeffrey Campbell flats
2. A Cambridge Company Satchel in metallic silver
3. This Alexander Wang tote in leopard print.
OK. So maybe I know I won’t find these in my sock. But jeez do I love these three items!
I’ll show you a more realistic (read: cheaper) wishlist soon ;)

Event: Blogger Breakfast at Sacha XL

This monday I went to the Blogger Breakfast at the Sacha XL store in Utrecht.
You Dutchies already know Sacha as being a great Dutch shoestore, but the XL store is a new concept. The store is huuuge, and next to many shoes, they now also sell lots of accessories like bags and jewelry, and even some clothing! All you need is a great LBD, or even just jeans and a t-shirt, and you can style the rest of your look at the Sacha XL store.
We had a lovely breakfast there and then we had the chance to try on all the shoes we liked. I loved all the black boots pictured above, and I just couldn’t resist to take a pair home.. It’s the pair you see me trying on, and on the left in the last picture. Don’t you just loooove how they rock?
As a shoe fan, I had a great morning and it was also great to meet a lot of sweet fellow bloggers!
For the Dutch girls, the Sacha is actually organising another event in which you can do the same thing I did monday! On November 26th is the Sacha Get Dressed Up event in the Sacha XL Store in Utrecht. From 12.00 till 14.00. There will also be a stylist to help you create the most amazing looks!
Sacha XL Store – Vredenburg 9, Utrecht
Sacha Get Dressed Up Event – 26 November from 12.00.

Outfit: The Perfect Jacket

Jacket   /   Zara
Ripped jeans   /   Zara & DIY
T-shirt   /   American Apparel – stolen from boyfriend
Bag   /   Warehouse
Boots   /   Carvela
Cuff   /   H&M;
Nails   /   OPI (silver) and Essence (glitter)
Oh how foggy and misty it can be in november. I’m so happy to wear my new jacket since it’s very warm and comfy! Paired it with some ripped jeans for a more rock-chic look, which I’m very much into lately! Lots of details, since my face was frozen (so cold outside!). My hair is getting extremely long, it grows so fast! Thinking about going to the hairdresser because the ends are not what they used to be, but on the other hand, I like my hair this long!
Went to the Blogger Breakfast at the new Sacha XL store in Utrecht yesterday, I’ll show you tomorrow!

New In | Zara love

Look at my new winter loves!
I was actually searching for a furry jacket but I just can’t seem to find one that is exactly the way I like it. Then I came across this blazer.. I’ve postponed the furry jacket hunt because this blazer is just perfect to my. The fabric looks like it’s feathers, but it’s really soft and warm and comfy and I think it’s looks really special as well! And I love that I can wear it loose with the studs, for my more rockchic looks, but when I zip it up it looks very chic.
And well, I gave in to some fur anyway, how cute is this little furry bag? Also from Zara!
What do you think, aren’t a power blazer and this cute furry bag the perfect winter items to spice up my looks?
