Just another something I was wearing this week. I really like these half length shorts, I bought them like this but I’m pretty sure the people from the store cut it off themselves because the jeans are from Cheap Monday and I don’t think they have a pair of shorts in the collection at the moment that is this length. I really like it though it’s something different and kind of boyish as well, especially if you wear it (as I do with everything) with sneakers. I’m still also very much in love with this Acne blazer, the print just stays appealing to me and it’s great to have a piece like this when you’re in the mood for some color and you just throw it over your blacks and whites.
Busy times at Lovely By Lucy HQ! (not that I have one) Super excited to go to New York on Saturday but still lots of things that need to be done before that so I’m off to a big To do =-list that’s waiting for me. Hope you’re enjoying the nice weather!

The first time I wear something new, especially when it’s not just a t-shirt but something special, I always wear it with a super simple outfit and usually with black, just so that attention is given where attention is due and because I just love to wear all black, always. So here’s what I wore when I took my new sneakers on their first spin. Actually, pretty much everything I’m wearing except for the accessories is new here, I invested in a few good basics lately and I should have done that earlier. You won’t know you need a leather pencil skirt in your life until you have one, trust me. The perfect black t-shirt I’m wearing (so soft) I bought in Copenhagen, the Danes just do it so much better when it comes to perfect basics.
But I can’t talk much more today because I’m off again for an exciting shoot of which I may or may not share some on instagram this afternoon (of course I will, you know me right?). Happy Wednesday!

More pictures from last week, spending the day in Amsterdam with 7 for all Mankind and Linda Tol. The highlight of our trip was being on a boat in the canals. I actually steered a boat for the first time in my life! I wouldn’t say it was a major success (I know a lot of things, but what’s my left and my right will always remain to be a problem) but it was sure a lot of fun and I will definitely do that more often!
In the 2nd and 3rd picture I’m wearing a peacock top and black jeans from 7 for all Mankind, and in the other pictures a really cute peacock print top and grey jeans from 7 for all Mankind. Find more about the festival tour on the 7FAM blog. Happy Monday!

As you might have noticed on instagram I spent a day and a half in Amsterdam this week with 7 for all Mankind, doing really Amsterdam-ish stuff like walking through the 9 Straatjes, having ice cream at Westerpark, boating through the canals and going to Waterlooplein for some shopping. I always go to Amsterdam for work and meetings so it was nice to actually see a little more of it this time, especially the boat is definitely something you should do when in Amsterdam. This is what I wore on Friday, I looove these jeans they’re so soft and I’m all about a good boyfriend jeans and casual outfit. I have more pictures from the Amsterdam trip but I’ll show you those tomorrow! Happy Sunday :)

I wasn’t done with the Copenhagen posts yet, I hope you don’t mind! Here’s another outfit from the past weekend in Copenhagen. I’m trying to keep myself from saying this was a casual outfit because all I do is super casual outfits haha, especially when I’m travelling and I don’t really dress up different when it’s fashion week. I care much more about you readers liking me and staying true to myself and being comfortable with what I wear than being photographed or looked at. Of course I wouldn’t mind being stopped by street style photographers all the time, but as long as I’m happy with what I wear I really don’t mind that I’m not.
On a different note, I totally rediscovered these leopard trousers from last year! Leopard and leather, always a good combination right? Also: how cute are these Danish streets? I could totally move to Copenhagen (but probably regret that in winter when it’s much colder there), I already miss shopping there and all the healthy food and juices that are available everywhere! The big Copenhagen diary is coming up, I promise, but I’ve been so crazy busy that I’d have to do it later this week! Spending the day with 7 for all Mankind today, keep an eye on instagram to see what I’m up to!

There’s one more thing I got in Copenhagen that I didn’t show you yet, but it’s the piece I’m most excited about. It’s big, it’s grey, it’s mohair. Say hello to my new I-want-to-live-in-this Acne cardigan. One more thing to love about Copenhagen: Acne is quite a bit less expensive here! So when I went into 1 of the many (many!) stores that sell Acne and I saw this mohairy baby, and it turned out to be priced friendlier than I thought – I (and it) was sold. Wearing it in a super simple outfit here with my favorite shirt dress and new shoes – I can’t deny being much inspired by the stylish minimalism of the Danes. I wish there was a handbook on how to look Danish because people seem to be wearing the most simple outfits here but can make shorts and a top look like a model off duty look without even trying.
I’m leaving Copenhagen today, it was such a great week and I’ve had so much fun but I kind of miss my own bed as well and there’s new adventures to come, pretty much as soon as I get back actually. I still have many pictures of Copenhagen to show you though, how would you guys feel about a huge photo diary to show all the things I’ve been up to? Let me know!

Copenhagen Fashion Week is officially a wrap (since yesterday) but I haven’t even shown you half of it. Thursday was the most fashion-filled day starting with breakfast with ASOS (more on that later), a quick stop at the Gallery fair and shows in the afternoon and evening. What I wore? A very big t-shirt. And I loved it. Of course I accessorized and don’t get me wrong, whatever people say – there goes a lot of thought into fashion week outfits. So when packing and deciding what to wear on Thursday I looked for something that both looks cool but what I also feel really comfortable in as well, and this is the result. Maybe I didn’t get shot by a street photographer but Copenhagen Fashion Week was quite down to earth and casual so I didn’t feel out of place for one minute (which I did in Berlin, at the shows people were so dressed up!). Unfortunately we didn’t get to see all the shows we wanted (where’s a cab when you need one?) but it was still such a great day and I fell absolutely in love with Copenhagen. Going every season from now, just so you know ;) CPHFW is over but I still have one day left to enjoy the city – today checking out a local flea market and going to a festival as well, so it should be another great day. I hope you guys have a great Sunday as well!
