wishlist fall 2015 big coat trend

Where last fall ‘the bigger the coat, the better’ was already a style rule, this fall ‘the longer the coat, the better’ was added to that. I’m loving the masculine long overcoats I’ve been spotting here and there, and added this one above to my fall wish list. Perfect basic for fall.

New lengths

fall 2015 long dresses dress length mango autumn what to wear

As we’re getting closer to fall, my skirt length is getting longer and longer. I’m a big fan of pencil skirts like this one that end right above your ankle. For fall, very a la Céline, dress lengths are getting longer as well and I’m really loving the look of these simple long dresses. So far my shirt dresses are midi length but I may have to add one of these to my small dress collection, seems like a great fall piece. Not breaking the bank either.

High neck

high neck fashion autumn fall trend 2015 turtleneck

Since we were talking pre-autumn dress, here’s another something we can wear now and totally bring with us into fall: the high neck. I prefer a high neck over a turtleneck (although come winter, the turtleneck will probably win) because it shows just a little more neck and gives just a little more breathing space.
Here’s a few picks that caught my eye, I especially like the high necks with zipper for a little extra edge, but as you can see a tight high neck trop is pretty hot as well. Totally want to order that black Weekday dress!

Festival Picks

Zalando blogger festival picks

For a feature on Zalando I talked festival fashion and picked some of my favorite items to wear to a festival this, but actually every festival season. As you might expect, I like to keep it simple but edgy. Always sneakers, drawstring backpacks are made for festivals and make sure you bring a cool jacket that will keep you warm at night and that will upgrade your look at the same time. Never forget a cool pair of sunnies! See and shop the Zalando festival feature here, where you’ll also find other bloggers’ picks and tips, and you can also win tickets to Lollapalooza festival in Berlin here!

Khaki

spring trend 2015 ss15 khaki army green utility army shopping

Not really a way to get around khaki this spring. I’m loving the slightly more sophisticated utility trend that is happening right now. This jacket is my best piece so far, but just adding a little khaki to a look does a lot as well. Couldn’t resist clicking that jumpsuit home, obviously. Also, a great color for a skin that’s starting to get a tan.. Which is exactly what I will be working on for the rest of the day ;)
Happy Sunday!

Calvin Klein, 90s

calvin klein 90s comeback 2015

Love how the 90s are making a comeback and Calvin Klein being a huge part of both the inspiration from the 90s and the one bringing it back now, relaunching old classics  for Calvin Klein Jeans. How awesome is that that image on the top left of Kate Moss walking the runway for Calvin Klein in 1993? I’m obsessed.
The logo t-shirts and sweaters sell out really quick everywhere, guess I’m not the only one excited. I was looking for a grey hooded logo sweater, preferably oversized but couldn’t really find it or only in small sizes until I thought of looking elsewhere. I mean, a huge CK sweater, that’s 90s. So I easily found it at the men’s section of one of my favorite stores, of course, while it was sold out there for women. Can’t wait to swim in it.

Click here to find the logo shirts and sweaters for both men and women. :)

Pearls pearls pearls

pearl jewellery ear cuff trend spring 2015

Obsessed with pearls at the moment. Especially ear cuffs, but I’m as OCD with my jewelry as I am with my clothing so I love matching tiny (faux) pearl earrings with dainty pearl rings. Although a big statement piece with pearls does really good as well. Number 1 and 3 have already been added to my jewelry collection!
How about you, what’s your jewelry of choice at the moment?
